Katalyxis is a consulting company working at the intersection of biotechnology and intelligent systems. Its mission is to drive transformation by combining scientific rigor with visionary thinking, creating solutions that go beyond disciplines and generate lasting impact.

The logo needed to:

The challenge was to balance structure and vision, logic and imagination, movement and statics.
The early phase focused on geometric abstraction.
Instead of literal DNA strands or brain icons, I explored symbolic forms that suggest:

Several directions have been developed, ranging from molecular-inspired networks to minimal monogram structures.
The goal was to create a symbol that feels like a catalyst: a central force triggering growth and evolution.
First Logo Concept
The initial concept centered around a dynamic geometric structure, a form that appears stable at its core while subtly expanding outward.
The structure symbolized:

Typography was chosen to reinforce clarity and authority — modern, structured, and confident.
Second Concept
Exploration Phase
Before choosing the final logo, I explored a stronger and more dynamic direction.
This version focused more on energy and activation.
Main features:

The overall look felt more bold and expressive

Higher contrast for stronger digital impact
While this concept clearly communicated innovation and breakthrough, it felt slightly too aggressive for the brand’s long-term vision.
Katalyxis needed to express not only disruption, but also scientific discipline and stability.
For that reason, the final version was refined to feel more balanced, structured, and timeless.

The final identity favors a restrained, high-contrast color system that communicates seriousness, depth, and long-term vision.

The Result
The final Katalyxis logo was approved and absolutely loved by the client:

The logo communicates authority without arrogance, intelligence without noise, and vision grounded in precision.
Most importantly, it visually embodies the mission: catalyzing transformation that creates lasting impact.
Conclusion
This logo is built from two triangles placed within each other.
The outer triangle acts like a seal: structure, foundation, stability. It represents clarity, discipline, and a goal that has been defined and achieved.
The inner triangle introduces movement. It symbolizes impulse, expansion, and the courage to move beyond the limits of form. It pushes outward, creating tension and energy within the structure.
Together, they form a point of transition, the moment when an idea stops being just a thought and becomes action.
At the center lies a spiral. It represents evolution and growth, not circular repetition, but continuous elevation. Each turn moves upward to a new level. It reflects transformation as a conscious process, where every point is a deliberate step forward.
The three edges within the spiral are intentional. They represent three essential states:

In the end, the logo becomes more than a mark.
It becomes a portal, a symbol of transition, the exact point where catalysis happens.
When you look at it, it is not just “beautiful.” It is felt.
The layered geometry creates a subtle 3D illusion and a sense of motion. That depth and movement were exactly the result I was striving to achieve, even before I fully understood how to express it.
