SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items (Prints, Pins, Tattoos): Processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Custom/Made-to-Order (Watercolors): Additional processing time (see product page for details).

  • Digital Downloads: Delivered instantly after payment.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (USPS): 5–10 business days (Domestic) | 10–20+ business days (International)

  • Express Shipping (UPS/FedEx): 2–5 business days (Domestic) | 7–14 business days (International)

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (tracking included for all orders).

  • Free Domestic Shipping: Orders over $50 ship free with insurance.

3. International Orders

  • Customs/VAT Fees: Buyer’s responsibility (not included in pricing).

  • Delays: Possible due to customs inspections (tracking provided).

  • Unclaimed Packages: If returned, the buyer covers reshipping costs.

4. Order Tracking & Issues

  • Tracking number emailed once shipped.

  • Damaged Items: Report within 48 hours with photos.

  • Lost Packages: Report within 7 days of expected delivery.

  • Address Errors: Notify us immediately. We’re not liable for incorrect addresses.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Policy by Product Type

  • Prints & Pins: Returnable within 7 days if unused/unopened.

  • Custom Watercolors: Final sale (no returns due to handmade nature).

  • Temporary Tattoos: Non-returnable (hygiene reasons).

2. Return Conditions

  • Accepted: Unopened, in original packaging, or damaged/defective items (report within 48 hours).

  • Not Accepted: Custom/personalized orders or buyer’s remorse (unless defective).

3. Refund Process

  • Approved Returns: Refund issued (minus shipping costs).

  • Restocking Fee: 20% for cancellations post-processing.

  • Exchanges: Case-by-case (contact us).

4. How to Return

  1. Email us with: Order # + reason for return and photos (if damaged).

  2. Ship back within 7 days (buyer pays return shipping).

  • All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once handed to the carrier.

  • International customers are responsible for all customs fees and taxes.
