"Feelings" is an original watercolor painting that represents our emotions. There are no bad or good emotions. Emotions happen and are typically out of our control, but what is in our control is how they impact us, how we react to them, and how we in turn behave or act due to our emotions. The better way is be in the middle of the emotional range. If you swing the emotional pendulum towards wild joy, then it'll swing toward sadness. Don't swing the pendulum of emotions. Be calm.
